Checking The Pulse Of The Kansas City Real Estate Market

Chris Evert hardly got to enjoy Greg Norman’s big boat. Norman’s $70 million dollar yacht is one of the most  amazing boats you’ll ever see — beautiful and ridiculous all rolled into one.  The boat has a salon, formal dining room,  casual dining area, cinema room and a bridge that’s simply incomprehensible. Up to 30 of Greg’s closest friends can hop on board! The staging done on this boat would impress the best Kansas City home stager…

The 228-foot yacht has a decompression chamber for diving and a 22-foot boat for getting to more difficult to reach diving sites. The yacht carries a “smaller” boat, a 42-footer designed for up to four people to head out on an overnight fishing expedition — this boat includes a gourmet galley for cooking the day’s catch.  There’s a third boat on the yacht and it’s a 30-footer designed for the all-important afternoon fishing trip.  Oh, and there’s also an 18-footer for maneuvering over shallow sand flats – who could live without that?  But wait, there’s more.  Last but not least is the all important 13-foot rescue boat — necessary to rescue anyone who may fall off one of the other four boats.  Now that’s planning my friends. There’s three personal wave runners on board too – there used to be four but rumor has it that Chris Evert got one in the prenuptial agreement. You can go here to see the boat Chris Evert left behind.
