If a seller wants to lure buyers, it makes more sense to offer to help pay closing costs &amp; prepaids than show a &quot;pre-inspection&quot; report.</description>

		<description>Finally some common sense. Why in the hell would anyone want to pre-inspect ?? All this does is cost the seller money. The only way this makes sense is if a buyer then doesn&#039;t do their own. LIke you said, that&#039;s wishful thinking.</description>
