Checking The Pulse Of The Kansas City Real Estate Market

We’ve finally gotten deep into spring in Kansas City and the excessive rain has finally began to let up. While it helped us get out of the severe drought we’ve been in since last year, it also come with a lot of flooding issues (some basements included) and hopefully we stay in a more moderate precipitation pattern for the rest of June.

Should you be coming to town in the next couple of weeks to assess a relocation to Kansas City, Johnson County KS, Overland Park or the surrounding area, you’ll probably need a break at some point from the home search.
