Open floor plans continue to reign supreme in the latest housing trends in Kansas City, Johnson County KS, Overland Park the surrounding metro areas. Downsizing is another popular trend and we’re seeing a rising demand among home buyers looking for 1.5 story homes and reverse 1.5 story, which provide most or all of their living area on the main level. Here’s more of the latest real estate trends and lifestyle locally and nationally.
