Keller Williams Red Day 2018: 10th Annual Kolors for Kids Supporting Children’s Mercy South Hospital Is Accepting Donations

The Jason Brown Group

Kolors for Kids Red Day supporting Children’s Mercy South Hospital is one of the major events during my Keller Williams office’s annual RED — Renew, Energize & Donate — Week. This year is our 10th annual drive collecting crayons, coloring books, art supplies, board games and just about any new items that can help put a smile on a child’s face during their time at Children’s Mercy. We’ll be delivering all items donated by agents and by our generous clients and vendors during a march from my office at I-435 and Metcalf and up the hill to Children’s Mercy South this Tuesday 5/8. If you’re interested in making a donation,  items can be dropped by the front desk at my office (11005 Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park) any time tomorrow Monday 5/7 between 9am to 5pm… Or I can stop by and pick them up from you!

Any new and fun items that you think would be beneficial to a child during their hospital stay will be graciously accepted and delivered to the hospital, so they can be shared with the children. Additional items such as rattles, Legos, action figures and cross word puzzles are always big hits with the kids! If you’ll be stopping by my office, please let me know, I’d like to see you and thank you for your help with this cause… Any questions, please email me (jasonbrown@kw.com) or call me (913-915-6008).

Keller Williams Realty is now the #1 Real Estate Company NATIONWIDE

The Jason Brown Group

My local Keller Williams office has been the #1 producing individual real estate office in the KC metro area for some time now. In 2016 we became the first real estate office in the history of the metro area to close more than $1 BILLION in real estate. We did it again in 2017, this time with $1.3 BILLION in real estate sold. Year end stats now show that Keller Williams Realty has become the #1 producing real estate company in the entire United States!

Temp 1950
Keller Williams nationally is #1 in number of agents, #1 in closed listings and #1 in overall closed sales volume. When I joined Keller Williams 15 years ago, 99% of people here in our area had never heard of Keller Williams. I’m now one of the 1% longest tenured agents with Keller Williams in the metro area. I’ve had the honor of serving on my office’s agent leadership council, which makes the important decisions that control the direction of our office.

My office continues to sell real estate in record numbers and I can definitely help you if you’re looking at making a move. I’m definitely one of the most dedicated agents around and usually the first agent in the office most mornings, despite being in the top producing office in the metro. If you’re considering buying a home, selling home or considering getting into real estate, reach out to me because I can help and I’m happy to answer your questions.

Keller Williams Realty Is Now The Largest Real Estate Franchise In The U.S.

Checking The Pulse Of The Kansas City Real Estate Market

Keller Williams Realty was the #5 largest real estate franchise in the nation when I joined about 8 years ago. As of this week, KW became the largest real estate franchise in the U.S. With an agent count of nearly 80,000 real estate agents, Keller Williams has now surpassed all others, including Re/Max, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker.

Keller Williams agents on average increased their closed volume productivity more than 30% in 2012. In a real estate market that’s been turbulent to say the least, Keller Williams has continued to grow and 91% of Keller Williams offices were profitable in 2012. This news follows up Keller Williams 2012 J.D. Powers and Associates ranking as the Highest in Customer Satisfaction in BOTH the home buyers AND home sellers poll, as well as being the only real estate company named on America’s Top 150 Workplaces, coming in at #9 overall in the U.S.

Keller Williams Passes Century 21 To Become Second Largest U.S. Real Estate Company

Checking The Pulse Of The Kansas City Real Estate Market

Just two years after passing Re/Max for the #3 spot, Keller Williams Realty has ascended to the #2 largest real estate company in the nation by passing Century 21. There’s several ways to rank real estate agencies but Keller Williams ascent by number of agents within the company is amazing for a company that bases its success on the agents who do the business, rather than on the company itself. It’s true that many real estate agents in the Kansas City area are bound by strict company guidelines at a time when Keller Williams Realty gives their agents the flexibility to market themselves as individuals and set service levels that fit each agent’s personality.

More than any other brokerage I know, I believe it’s fair to say that no two Keller Williams agents are alike.  My best friends in my office are successful at what they do but some have vastly different approaches to selling real estate. And that’s what makes the world go around. So be sure you interview your next listing agent or buyer’s by asking questions about the individual agent… because in today’s real estate market, it’s the individual agent that’s going to determine your success or failure and the broker is in more of a supporting role than ever before. Keller Williams International recently announced plans to go global and I have no doubt that the Keller Williams business approach and philosophy will be a success around the world.
