Need A Kansas City Realtor Who Does More Before 9 AM Than Most People Do All Day?

Checking The Pulse Of The Kansas City Real Estate Market

I’m the first agent in the office most days and often at my desk working away by 7 AM 6 days a week. With that routine comes the task of making the morning coffee and at least once or a 1000 times, I’ve heard the joke around the office about how important I am for my coffee-making reliability. With all the joking though comes the reality that on many days my most productive hours are put in early mornings. It sometimes makes me think about those old army commercial from the 1980’s…


As a kid that commercial really made me think Army guys must be the toughest guys in the world. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be one or run the other direction because, well, those guys do more before 9 AM than most people do all day!
Who knew how much I’d come to enjoy mornings and how productive I’m able to be so early in the day. You really can get a lot more done with no distractions around. Getting such an early start allows me to often get in a solid 6 hours of work before I begin my scheduled afternoon appointments.
