The volume of homes that went pending (42) the past 15 days was even more impressive and gives hope for an improving Shawnee Kansas real estate market. Using these past 15 days of Shawnee Kansas market stats to figure the absorption rate in Shawnee, there’s currently 6.5 months of inventory on the market.  That’s quite a bit of inventory in Shawnee Kansas and gives buyers plenty of homes from which to choose.  As has been the trend for some time in Shawnee Kansas, we continue to see more homes coming on the market (70) than closing (28) over the 15-day period.
