As a Kansas City Realtor, I’m fortunate that I get to view some of Kansas City’s most spectacular homes. Today I searched MLS looking for the most expensive home sales of 2009. I didn’t want to see any tiny homes sitting on big, valuable, swaths of acreage, so I added in a land search parameter that would exclude any homes sitting on more than 1 acre of land.
