Drum roll please… and the award for #2 real estate company in Home Seller Customer Satisfaction goes to… Keller Williams Realty! OK, celebrating finishing second is a bit awkward, I admit. In the win-at-all-cost culture we live in, many believe that finishing second just means you were the  first loser. But when you consider all the large real estate companies doing business today, finishing second is something well worth acknowledging.

Of course, finishing first cures all ills and… wait a minute, I think our culture is rubbing off on me. Seriously though, you’ve probably noticed that I talk very little about my brokerage, Keller Williams Realty. Real estate has changed so much in the last decade that it’s absolutely no longer about the brokerage — it’s about the AGENT that is taking care of the clientele. But there is value to be found in having a cohesive, reputable real estate brokerage standing behind the agent.
